“We received an exceptionally warm welcome, with helpful staff at the reception and unexpected gift items in the room. Free parking in the basement garage was easy to access, and we were allowed to leave our car for the day after our checkout. Location was as central as it can get, with beautiful views of the Horta harbor.”

“1. Wir sind sehr früh angekommen. Laut den Hotelrichtlinien ist ein Check-in erst ab 16:00 Uhr möglich. Leider bestand keine Möglichkeit, etwas früher einzuchecken. Das Hotelpersonal hielt sich dabei sehr strikt an die Regeln und zeigte keinerlei Flexibilität. 2. Im gesamten Hotel, einschließlich des Frühstücksraums, roch es extrem nach Chlor. 3. Von den drei Nächten funktionierte die Klimaanlage in zwei Nächten nicht. Wir haben uns mehrfach beim Hotelpersonal beschwert, doch leider wurde...

“Had ocean view room - rooms were big and spacious for a family of 4 with teenagers. Amenities were older. We enjoyed the watching the World Cup soccer game on the big screen in the common area. Google maps walking path is longer way than short cut up steps from main street on the waterfront.”
