Stayed here for a weekend while visiting some family in the area. We booked the large suite with two queen beds and a pull out. The room was very large and decent however there were blood stains on one comforter which really bothered me. The bathroom was pretty clean and it had a jack and Jill sink which I usually never see so that was super convenient for our party of 5 that was staying in the room. Every front desk staff member was extremely courteous and helpful from the time we checked in to the time we checked out. We spent time in the pool which we were lucky enough to have all to ourselves and was pretty nice. The breakfast buffet options were pretty great compared to most. And if hotel breakfast isn’t your thing there was a Cracker Barrel right next door and a Waffle House across the street. Ample parking, no bugs or mice were seen. Overall definitely worth the stay and will be back.

Property was very well kept on the exterior. Interior was clean, could use some updating but was comparable to the price we paid. Employees were wonderful to deal with, always very helpful and nice. Whomever cleaned our room before we came in caod have done

The sofa bed in our room had crumbs on top of the cushions, more crumbs and food wrappers under the cushions, and a big stain on the mattress. We reported this to the front desk and asked that the sofa be vacuumed when housekeeping came to our room. Instead, housekeeping did not come in at all, so we returned the next evening to a dirty sofa and a pile of dirty towels in the bathroom.

The bathroom in our suite was not clean, especially the shower. It had mold and mildew around the door. The outlet that had the hair dryer attached to it did not work so I was unable to dry my hair. The office did not have any other hair dryers available. The ice machine on our floor did not work and the water fountain on the first floor did not work. The hallways smelled musty and there was a roach climbing on the door to our suite. There was a dirty ring around the water line in the pool. I am not sure if I will stay at another Comfort Suites in the future. This property needs to be updated badly.

The staff was friendly and let us stay in the lobby to watch the TN baseball game with our group. Our room was fine, clean, comfy and spacious. But I was disappointed that a friend of mines bathroom wasn’t cleaned and she was given the gloves and supplies to clean it herself?
