Great customer service Front Desk staff and Carlos the waiter in the restaurant was great as well every time we go they greet us and are very friendly thank u guys just one suggestion y’all might want to upgrade and put cups in the room maybe a microwave thanks for a great stay my husband and I enjoyed our trip

Staff was awesome, I think they can have coffee or other refreshments for guess during night hours available. A little bit outdated, hotel can paint rooms to make look a little bit more homie. Aside from this, location great, friendly staff and would recommend if on budget

Carpet very dirty and stinks so badly 😢 Not way to sleep completely cause that odds cause me a very bad headache 😩 ...Im really like the service and the food was exelent...but they need to wash the carpets for hygiene ...

Toilet paper holder ripped off the wall and placed on the toilet lid. Cockroach’s & stains all over the bathroom. The bed was uncomfortable and there were no plugs anywhere near the bed. The free breakfast was served 7-9, but by 8 it was nearly gone and looked picked through. And the only options to eat were beans and a half a spoonful of old and slimy eggs. However the staff was very friendly

The only issue was that i reserved a queen bed I got 2 beds also I was asked to wait 30 minutes before my husband and I could check in plus no fridge or microwave available other than that customer service was great
