They said it’s not their responsibility, but I don’t understand why it’s impossible to cancel the payment itself at the hotel front. The hotel was just so-so. The room was big with 3 single beds and one double, and air-conditioning was good. However, hot water was unstable, and the drainage of the washstand was poor. The pool was to small(about 10 sq m2) and closed. ”
