Grazie anche per averci cambiato camera quando l'aria condizionata non funzionava. La camera 204 era meravigliosa: il letto era molto più comodo e l'aria condizionata funzionava perfettamente. Per favore, fai sapere a tuo figlio Mimo e ad Antonio quanto siamo grati per la loro gentilezza, ospitalità e disponibilità durante il nostro soggiorno. Ancora una volta, grazie davvero di tutto!!!"

"The property itself was nice and overall the stay was decent, but there were several comfort issues. The pools required an additional €25 fee for just 90 minutes each visit, which felt excessive. The steam room and sauna were barely warm, and the room temperature could not be adjusted, making it uncomfortably hot at times. It felt like the property was prioritizing energy savings over guest comfort."

"The hotel is incredible and the staff is as well. We absolutely loved our stay. It was truly a unique experience. However, guests should know that because the hotel is literally incorporated into the caves, it can be physically demanding climbing all the stone stairs. People with mobility issues will definitely struggle at this hotel"
