We checked in on Wednesday 5/15; there were no towels or wash cloths in the room and we were told none would be available and to "check back later". The room smelled of cigarette smoke badly and I requested a different room and was told that there were no other rooms available. We booked the room until Sunday the 19th. On Saturday, the 18th, we were STILL trying to get towels and wash cloths. My wife and I went to breakfast and walked around The Island for a bit and returned to the front desk for towels....still nothing. Upon returning to our room; I turned on the bathroom light and entered the bathroom and saw two cockroaches running across the bath tub. I smashed them and put them in a baggy and took them to the front desk. At this point; I just wanted a refund for our final day and to head back home a day early. I was told by the front desk that I missed the cut off to get a refund because it was after 10AM!! I guess you have to discover the roaches early in the morning to possibly get a refund. I would also like to note that it wasn't just us complaining; there were several families in front of us in line and behind us each day with the same complaints. I will never book this property again.

Well when I got there the hotel assistant said that he couldn’t get me in the room and it would be awhile and I ask him to try to find out how long and he told me to check back in a few hours ask to use the restroom cause we had been on the road for hours and there wasn’t a public restroom for us to use so we went to eat dinner and came back still no room could be given to us and this time it was cause the system was down finally got in the room about 9 pm and the rooms had no towels to me a while to get towels and I just wasn’t satisfied and even left a day early because of the poor service

This whole place was extremely filthy. If it was free it would be too much for this place. Disgusting!!!!!! Entire property smells of weed and a rotten dumpster. Rooms are beyond filthy.

The bathtub faucet was coming off the wall & the "closet shelf" fell down when we looked at it. There are 3 little drawers in the entertainment center for your clothes. When we complained about the state of the room, the gentleman at the front desk gave us a different room...but it had the same problems. The guy was super nice & tried to be as accommodating as possible.

The first room had poop all over the bathroom. Had to get a different room and that room had dirty sheets and blood all over the bathroom walls from what I am assywas drug use. They did not give my deposit back had to move to a third room Wich I cleaned with Lysol myself. The parking garage is a dope party people were overdosing on drugs . It was the most horrible experience. My room was left cleaner when I left then when we finally got into a third room with at least clean bedding I then cleaned it myself. I use expedia to avoid places like this. Very disappointed and feel I should receive a full refund as I was trying to contact Expedia about the conditions of this place and my complaint was referred to the hotel. I wanted a refund that night so I could have gone to a different location .

Dirty, we all got our socks turned black, huge gap under door, Blood on pillow, had to ask for towels and wash cloths. Had to call and call and call to get deposit back,( the deposit was more than I paid for the room and I would have stayed in better hotel if it was noted when I reserved) and the person acted like it was a big ordeal. The short haired lady after check-in was like a telemarketer bugging the stuff out of every guest to join Windham rewards offering to comp stay. 11:30 pm Hotel staff tried to let drunk guests into my room wrong floor. The staff were not the best personalities at check-in the lady with longer bobbed hair laughed when she informed me of the deposit, and it was more than I paid for the room laughed when I asked about when I would get it back. Many others were complaining at the desk when I checked in too. It is a cheap hotel, and my 7th visit was my worse one and last one.

I don't know if there are enough characters to describe how terrible this place is. Do not stay here. It is a dump. The pics on the ad for Expedia are not accurate AT ALL! We had move rooms because the toilet didn't flush in the first room. The burr headed attendant at the front desk was extremely rude & said "I have to check the room & if the sheets have been messed up we can't move you." Who doesn't put their things on the bed or at least sit on them when you get into a room?! There just isn't enough time to write everything in this review. Read the other reviews also. If you do decide to stay here don't say you weren't warned!!

What i liked about the place was it was pretty clean in the room except the bathroom i found long black hairs in the bathroom and on a clean washcloth that was really nasty and the door you can see outside or in the room through the door jam and the beds was clean and looked new but it was rock hard it felt like and the cable or internet they have sucked cause the tv channels would go in and out it said it was connected to an iphone but other than that i give it 3 stars and staff was friendly

The floors in our room made our socks black. There was mold multiple places. The toilet paper roll holder was busted. The shower was too short for someone 5’5. There wasn’t anyone who came to replenish fresh towels. The pool not only wasn’t open I doubt it will ever be again. It looks so rundown. It was on a busy/loud stretch of town. The room beside us had a domestic disturbance that led us to call the police. There was so much pounding on doors and screaming we hid our kids in the corner until the cops cleared them out. The police told my husband it was not a safe motel to stay in.

Our second noght around 230 am someone else opened our door and tried to come in. It was shut and locked luckily we had the metal latch over and it stopped them. My husband Jumped out of bed and ended up putting the recliner to block the dorr after he secured it again.

The man at the counter who did our check-in was very unprofessional. We checked in went to our room and checked right back out. The linens, towels, and bed sheets were all stained up, the room had a strong musty smell to it. We never unpacked or sat on the beds. Went back to the office to tell them we wasnt staying in that room, was not offered a different room or a refund of our money. I contacted expedia who i made the reservation through and they never got a response back so we are out that money we paid for the room. Would absolutely not recommend this hotel to a homeless person

The morning we left at 4:30am the air conditioner blowed up filling the room with smoke after shooting out a huge flame that instantly woke us up. Room 223 had duct taped the cord together. We are so lucky noone got hurt. We went to let the office know, and found the attendant asleep on a couch with his shoes off. After explaining what happened he states 'I will let them know when they come in". Sent us back to our room to try and sleep the rest of the night. Not happening! After 5 days of 5ft freezing showers, hot water running in the toilet constantly, no towels or wash cloths, no coffee pot, kids running and screaming at all hours of the day, no pool water, and up every 2 hours checking on our vehicle. The area in the back is real shady. Several people were arrested and pulled out of their room. I will NEVER stay here again or recommend it to anyone. I know we stayed during Rod Run week but, we were constantly harassed by the ones who wanted their cars to sell. We weren't in the market the pressure was annoying.

The location was great, however, the room was filthy and smelled. The bedspread was stained. The entire place reeked of marijuana with lots of people sitting out on the balconies smoking. We cancelled our stay and did not spend more than a few minutes there. Safety with a small child was definitely a concern. The staff was extremely helpful and understood and reversed our charges quickly. We appreciated them.

The best part is its proximity to the Island in Pigeon Forge. You can walk there quickly. The property was right on the main strip. So it is not quiet, especially if you are in the front. The property could use updating but was clean and safe. The room was clean, but the bed was not the most comfortable. The bathroom was a little run down. Overall it was what you expect for the price.

There should be a 0 star rating this place is horrible dirty the bed was broken the pool was closed but had dirty water in it there was a bloody pad on the stairs the hole time we were there the staff was very rude I asked for towels 3 times the door didn’t shut to our room there was a inch gap between the door and floor the staff has family members (kids) sitting the lobby

Reeked of Marijuana for the 86 bucks I got What I payed for over all the beds were uncomfortable if this is what you can afford just prepare for a bad nights sleep

Terrible smell in the room. Bed sheets had very nasty stains that looked sexual in nature. Water would not stop leaking in bathroom. Bed smelled like ciggerets. When I asked right away if I could get a refund, I was denied. They charge a 75 dollor deposit that I do not think i will get back . The front desk service was not willing to work with us at all. This place deserves negative starts.

Located near the Island but don’t waste your time at this location. Staff were rude. Lobby with poor lighting with security cameras with wiring strung across the wall. The location was off the drag and go carts next to hotel. The cleaner used was fabuloso, which is not an antibacterial cleaner. The room was strong odor said f fabuloso that we were choking. I did not like it when it appeared that people were living in the hotel. That did it for me. We left after checking in and viewing the room. When i tried to clock out the saleman for local shows told me i could just leave. Wait a minute, what about my $75 deposit that i had to pay at check in. I said i want my deposit back, oh okay then you have to wait in line! No way was Leaving without my deposit or they would have kept that. Oh I even paid in full prior to arrival and a room was not reserved upon arrival.

Unsafe!!!Do not stay here!Please save yourself some heartache,time,money effort and go somewhere else.Not one to comment on a lot of reviews but do not want anyone to waste their vacay going what we went through.First of all,the staff was not very helpful kind of scatter brained and hindsight tells me they deal with unhappy tenants all the time. Even during check in there were clients wanting to change rooms or a refund. That should have been a sign but we gave them the benefit of a doubt and went to our room only to find out on the way to our room a fellow hotel tenant stopped to tell us that she had to tell us she had to switch rooms b/c the doors to her room would not open and shut properly. Again we continued on to our room and sure enough our doors would not open and close without whole body force to open and close. The toilet kept overflowing and by morning the toilet would not stop gushing water put onto the floor. We rushed to call front desk by the telephone in room only to find the phone did not work. Not only that when we initially got into our room we had no towels and only one roll of toilet paper. We had to ask for towels and toilet paper. Thus the towels we received had to be used to soak up the toilet water that was quickly filling up the room floor b/c we couldn't get any help from staff to assist in the situation b/c it was not during normal working hours.Needless to say my hubby wound up mopping while I was on cell trying find another motel.Unsafe.Stay away

They only had shopping carts to bring your stuff into the room. The room was dirty and when we pulled up the sheets was black dirt, bathroom was dirty, and you could hear our neighbors all night.

Parking is a nightmare. The property is extremely ran down. We were here long enough to sleep one night won’t go back. Caught a hoodlum trying to peep into my car windows. Pretty sure there are permanent residents that live here. Did NOT feel safe. Extremely dirty and dilapidated. Pool is empty. Lobby was FULL of people who scared me. For lack of better terms it was “ghetto”. Great location though. Not quiet at all. People would walk down the walkway and just randomly knock on our windows. DO NOT STAY HERE

I didn't like anything about it. The room phone had no cord to call the front desk. The people at the desk were rude. We had no wash clothes for three days. Kept asking for some but didn't get any. We came home Thursday ,not Friday. The woman at the desk at check-in was talking to another worker. I had to wait for her to hear about his week-end before she checked us in. Rude! We were not happy about our stay there.
