"Won Place is all it claims to be: an excellent basic hotel. It offers clean rooms with air-conditioning, TV, ensuite bathroom and a supply of bottled water everyday with a fridge in the room to chill it. There is also adequate car parking and free coffee in the mornings. It has no restaurant but there are plenty within reasonable walking distance with a variety of prices and qualities. "From the infinity pool overlooking the city below, to the very high-quality restaurant on the 27th floor, a gym on the 26th floor, the wonderful upstairs bar on the 28th floor,with a complete view of the other side of the city, combine all this with an excellent staff, who all loved working at AdLib. You don’t come across that very often. The reception staff couldn’t have been more helpful, often giving advice when needed. Ploy, helped to make my stay as comfortable as possible, this is my favorite hotel in Thailand. It’s a five star hotel for an unbelievable price. If I visited Khon Kaen again, this is the only place I could stay. Just an excellent all around experience staying there in every way."
