"The unit was as expected, clean and most of the amenities that you require in a fully equipped condo. Good location and easy 10 min walk to the village. The main complaint was the quality of the mattresses… could definitely use an upgrade there. Initially the hot tub display was locked, and maintenance was called but never showed up. We managed to figure out the user manual online and got it going, but it wasn’t ready for us as promised."

"Needed a reasonably priced place to stay in Kamloops on the way through. Price was reasonable so I decided to give it a chance. I was pleasantly surprised. Obviously this is an old chain hotel under newer ownership. The important point is that while older the property has been renovated and well maintained. The pride of ownership shines through. The location along the river is lovely, there is an indoor pool and hot tub and the free breakfast was above average. There are plenty of chairs, loungers and covered tables on the lawn facing the river. The a/c was already on when I got to my room which means a lot on a day nearing 36c. The area around the hotel is older and nothing to go on about. But for the price I am willing to drive the 5 mins to get anywhere in Kamloops I need to go. I’ve spent enough of my money and life in a hotel to tell you I’d take this place any day over some over priced chain hotel beside a strip mall. Overall it is clean, quiet, has excellent facilities at a very reasonable price. Will return."

"The air conditioner was very loud. We had to turn it off and use only the fan at night which the room got very hot. The room looked very old and did not give the confidence that it was clean. The linen on the bed did not look very white. They looked old and the blanket was very thin and worn out. The drain in the bathtub did not drain away the water very quickly while taking a shower. Overall the room needs to be refreshed as it looked old and tired and the bedding should all be changed as it looked very thin and worn. The staff was friendly and helpful."
