Sun Palms Motel

"The room was lovely. We were given an upgrade to a 2 bedroom which we didn’t need but was appreciated, The room has a memory foam mattress which was very comfortable. The place was roomy with place to put suitcases & place to make breakfast. There were Tim Tams in kitchen station & complimentary water & dairy milk chocolate in fridge. The bathroom had a jet tub/shower combination which was great but may be a bit difficult for an older person to get into; we didn’t have any issues with it though. The room even had a vanity table just outside the bathroom. It was clean and quiet and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The parking is assigned, one per room so it was nice to know that we didn’t have to fight for a space. Having stayed in many mid-range hotels in Australia I have to say that this was one of the nicest we’ve been in and definitely value for money."

"Comfortable room with spa. The room was a little dirty and didn’t seem like it was cleaned and prepared properly. The staff was helpful and cleaned the room for me before we got settled. I received no further room service on my two night stay. Friendly staff and comfortable size room. Close to city, restaurants and shops."

"The room was clean and tidy. The staff were helpful and friendly. The aircon worked well. A somewhat leaky tap was reported to the management. All was fine. We had no pets but we were greated by a few very lovely and friendly examples of pets who were absolutely no problem. An easy pleasant experience which I would repeat."
