"The facility has been upgraded sometime in recent years, but there are a few areas that still show some age. Elevator door and frame, shower faucet and knobs, room doors, but overall pretty good. Staff was very good. Lots of choices for breakfast buffet. Stayed here twice in last year."

"There was an unpleasant odor in the room, perhaps from the type of cleaning product used. The room was ok for our very short stay. The blind was stuck down, but there was another building next to it, so the view was a brick wall. "

"Our room smelled like cigarettes and the bathroom stunk terribly. There was mold all over the walls and what looked like rat poop under the bed. The rest of the floor was dirty as well. We did not feel comfortable staying there, especially with our one-year-old. We slept horribly, woke up feeling sick from breathing in the mold, and left as quickly as we could. The woman at the front desk was kind in our interactions, but when we tried to get a refund, the manager, whose permission was needed, was hard to get a hold of. The staff would not respond to our messages online and we had to call 5 or 6 times. They did end up refunding us for the second night we were planning to stay but refused to refund us for our entire stay. We would not recommend staying here. "

"What a cool hotel! Great coffee bar, and the downstairs game area and gym are so fun. The surrounding area was great too, with some restaurants within walking distance. "
