"I would not recommend this hotel if I could have put 0 stars I would have. The lining was dirty, blood on the pillow case, brown spots, people walking around half naked, bugs crawling on the floor, hotel stated microwave and fridge in rooms, the microwave is sitting in the lobby area,the mircowave is filled with water, the smell of the hotel is as of a dirty bug infected place. Hotel is ran my people who do not care."

"If I could give this zero stars I would. This Hotel was absolutely horrible! Never have I ever felt more misled by pictures(Talk about a Catfish!), they may have renovated “A” room for pictures and advertising purposes but left the rest of the rooms partially a hot mess. After traveling for 12 hours, I was excited to lay it down. Ha! Little did I know! Tuh! The bed was dirty, we had to wait 30 mins for someone to come change the sheets. The pillows however were custom cases filled with pure air so when you lay on them if gives the illusion that you’re laying outside on the hard ground looking up at the sun! The bathroom was dirty- fun fact, someone put the door on backwards and it didn’t close all the way so I if needed privacy you can scratch that off your list! Who needs a flushing toilet?!? apparently NOT ME! And last but certainly not least, the door had 3 bolts on them as if we were expecting intruders! Other than those few inconveniences I absolutely abhorred it. "

"Shower tub was clogged, I notified the front desk the following morning @ 6:00 am. Told them I was gonna be out all day and to please have it checked out. Got back around 8:00 pm that night and they didn’t even bother to check. Asked for help again from the front desk around 9:00 pm. They send a guy up and had it done in two minutes, but I had to wait for the inconvenience of having it done. Also, I had to call down and ask for toilet paper but yet they said I had to come down and get it from the front desk when I get down there they have three employees just standing at the front desk. I thought I was paying extra for convenience not inconvenience. This is the worst holiday Inn I ever stayed at, I do not recommend to anybody. You would save almost $100 a night by staying at a motel six for the same treatment."

"Front desk staff was amazing. Room was dirty and multiple things broken. Stayed in a suite. Door was broken. Housekeeping never attempted clean room on 4 day stay. Advertised as bar and restaurant. Neither were up and running. Outdoor space was not taken care of. Would not recommend."

"The bathroom faucet and sink were absolutely horrible. Apparently while installing upgrades, someone forgot to test for functionality. The faucet was placed way too far back from the rim of the basin. So, every time you washed your hands, you had to actually put your hands on the rim to rinse the soap off and now you have water all over the countertop. What a mess!!!!!!"

"We got locked out of our room 3x in the first half hour. They gave smart tvs without WiFi capabilities. The pool has an out of order sign but it’s not out of order, I guess. I had the biggest roach I’ve ever seen living in my bathroom. I stayed 3 days. Right after noon on day 2 I was stopped walking in with my service animal and my other small dog and I was basically held hostage at the counter until I agreed to pay a high daily fee for my non service animal. They stated that it doesn’t matter that I booked a pet friendly motel on Expedia because Expedia doesn’t know that they aren’t pet friendly!! They are preying on military families coming to see their soldiers graduate. Point blank period. They were rude, gross and a bit fraudulent. Don’t stay. I see that I was charged 3x without my knowledge after leaving. Maxxed my cc. I’m pressing charges. "

"The staff were very welcoming and helpful. Check-in was simple. After traveling all day, we were ready to check-in and have a delicious dinner before settling in for the night. The person at the front desk recommended a Mexican restaurant that was within walking distance, and it did not disappoint. The room was clean and breakfast was good. Convenient parking. Would stay there again. "
