“INFESTED. THIS HOTEL IS NOT A 4 SEASONS RESORT. This hotel is infested, dirty, and falling apart. Every surface in the rooms is stained with nasty, large red/brown/yellow splotches to the point that I did not want to sit down on any of the furniture, let alone sleep in the bed. Most of the items/hard surfaces in the room were covered in a thick, crusty yellow/brown grime with human hairs effectively glued into said items/surfaces by the grime. We asked to move rooms the last night we were here...

“The rooms are very spacious and clean.”

“The Golden Rock is a one of a kind property and we cannot wait to go back. The cleanliness was a 10/10 and the landscaping was absolutely stunning. The restaurant was excellent for every meal we had. I highly recommend the conch chowder. Thank you Golden Rock! ”

“Perfect for a hermit!”

“Great resort”

“We enjoyed our stay, the place was very clean, the staff was very nice and the service was great. The location is great with shops and restaurants on the property. definitely will be staying there again.”

“The hotel is isolated from the happenings on the island. I was told that the hotel was fully booked but there were no other cars onsite besides my rental. There was no one available for common questions and the gate was closed by 5pm. This was a manual gate which is fine but the lightening was bad on the exterior of the property making it difficult to see when returning after dark. When it was time to check out there was no one available and I had to shout for a while until a painter came down...

“everything was very nice.”

“Everything was absolutely amazing and exceeded my expectations. The staff made you feel like family and ensured your comfortability throughout your day. Everyone was extremely accommodating and I will definitely be back!”

“Needs more maintenance in the general areas including sidewalks. The rooms need better cleaning of bed clothing, drapes and mattresses.”

“I like the hotel. The room was very clean and the staff were very helpful. My next trip to St.kitts i would stay there again. I would recommend the hotel to other people. Keep up the good work,it's right in the heart of town.”
