"Was pleasantly surprised by this property. The lobby looks beautiful and there are quite a few buildings that encompass the property. Both staff who I encountered up front were so nice! In the center, there is a courtyard with tables to eat, a pool, and jacuzzi. Our room was a king with pull out bed and there was a door separating the areas with two tvs, perfect for children. "I really liked how clean and spacious the room was on the 3rd floor. They have cool little patios with a fire pit and you’re a very short walk to the boardwalk. The tv in my room had a strange sensor and after I called the front desk about it, someone showed up within 3 minutes to take a look and resolve the issue. I will be back!"

"This is one of the nicest hotels we’ve stayed at since we’ve been coming to Pismo. The staff was exceptionally kind and accommodating, from booking to the front desk to housekeeping to Marisol restaurant (who makes an excellent margarita!) The beds were very comfortable and the rooms spacious & quiet. We came at a difficult time during the quarantine and the Cliffs gave us a much needed, stress free reprieve from the rest of the world for a few days. "
