“We were upgraded on arrival. The toilet sink didn’t drain well, curtain in bedroom stained and had holes in it, carpet curled up on corner (not great trip hazard), reading light didn’t work and like other reviews WiFi wasn’t great. Positive-room size good, shower was good. Ten min walk from train station. I was meant to get a bottle of wine on arrival (booking deal) and when I asked for it the staff said due to upgrade I don’t get the wine. Would have preferred the wine over the room upgrade.”

“Bra läge i byn. Nära stranden. 5 minuter från tåget. Nära busshållplats. Finns restauranger nära. Lyhört. Sängar okej. Hotellet behöver uppdateras. Helt okej boende men man hittar bättre billigare.”

“The softness of the towels was truly beyond imagination. Befitting a luxury hotel, it was wonderful that they cleaned the room even in the afternoon. All the staff were incredibly friendly, and the facilities were absolutely superb. Deciding to stay here was truly the best choice! If I have the opportunity to stay in Nice again, I would choose this place without hesitation :)”

“Phenomenal hotel with incredible breakfast and activities. We loved it so much, we will continue to book Mama Shelters throughout Europe!”

“This is a very modern, well-equipped unit. At your check-in time they e-mail to give the code to unlock, but it is in an attachment, not the visible e-mail, so I was concerned about being able to get it from outside without internet. We were saved by cleaning staff who let us in and got onto their wifi. Eze was a difficult place to tour without a car. There are two restaurants, no other stores, and a stony beach separated from town by the railway.”

“Lovely swimming pool(indoor/outdoor), sauna. A hotel of taste. Breakfast service was a bit slow. I needed to wait for 10 min to order while everyone was served. Some might feel it as discrimination”

“It's not a big hotel, rather motel type in exterior. But interior in hotel and the room was beautifully decorated, not fancy, but clean and serene white. The only problem for me was location. The hotel is too far from the village of Eze. For this reason, we had a dinner at restaurant in hotel, surprisingly the food was excellent, and the service was also very good. The mountain view through the window in the morning was so beautiful. All these reasons, I must give Hemitage a good grade.”
