"Kind of run down. Need updates bad "

"Shower was covered in mold/hair(had to clean ourselves), suite was carpeted and filthy, pool was dirty, had to beg for clean towels- ended up washing them on our own using washer/dryer that was $6/load, poor water pressure in shower, and faucets in bathroom were too short for sinks making it nearly impossible to be effective. "

"Room was bright and clean. Lots to do on resort if weather cooperates. However minimal indoor common areas if weather doesn’t cooperate. Great place. Probably one of the best in key largo "

"I got there after 10 o’clock and the office was closed. I had to call the hotel. They had me check in at another location. Parking was overcrowded and I had to park in another lot."

"This was a wonderful place to stay in Islamorada! The staff was super helpful and friendly. They allow dogs so we were able to bring our Maltipo. Pool, restaurant, roosters, all were perfect. You also get to go to their other properties which were amazing. Rooms were clean and very comfortable. Location is perfect! We are already planning our next trip. "

"Overall a very nice resort. We had stayed at an Autograph Collection property before in Kuaui and loved it. While this property was nice, it wasn’t really comparable. The refrigerator in our room didn’t work (staff did resolve that issue quickly). The USB plugs on one end table were broken and unusable. There was only one hook for towels in the bathroom so we were constantly having to move them around. While nice, I don’t think it was worth the cost and won’t stay again. "

"Staff members were wonderful but dining area/kitchen seemed understaffed on the evening we were there for dinner. Not a great value for the price of meal. Mornings were much better."
