"Reception is on the 8th floor, with the rest of the rooms being underneath since the property is on a steep hill, which was a little odd. Check in and check out were both very smooth. It was a little hard to find parking (we ended up parking a ten minute walk away, but it was free). We didn't use the kitchen but it looked very nicely stocked with cookware. Definitely a hotel for the older crowd! "

"Perfect! We had a classic apartment and holidayed with 4 adults and a 1 year old. The space was perfect! So handy that there is a SPAR on site. We did a Lidl shop before, but we really didn't need to. The SPAR was super cheap. We hired a car, which I'd recommend from the airport. The roads are super easy.
Having the access to the beach club made all the difference. I think that's what made it good value for money, if that access wasn't there, I don't think it would have been worth the amount as the pool just for hotel guests is nice, but nothing in comparison to the beach club.
The staff were absolutely amazing. The cleaners were so lovely and friendly, as well as the reception staff. Always a smile. Ale was our cleaner and was lovely!
The hotel restaurant was a great nicer dinner and the food at the beach club was incredible.
Outside the hotel, we particularly liked Art33!
As a day trip, I recommend Puerto Mogan - stunning! Also doing the hike up to The Cross was really easy and lovely. "

"This was our second stay. Great weather, clean facility, lots of lounge chairs. Housekeeping did a very good job cleaning our rooms.
The Spar mini market had everything we needed for our few days stay. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. "
