"Great location! I could highly recommend this hotel since it's walking distance to dozens of restaurants, bars, shops and attractions. The front desk night staff is extremely helpful/friendly. We were there during the world cup and were able to see all the "watch-parties" from the balcony in our room. "I love staying here. We've had mostly great experiences. Rooms are always clean. Water is hot. Staff is mostly good to work with - front desk. They aren't automated so changes to room assignments are difficult for them. I prefer the 3rd floor for internet and it seems to be an updated area. 5th floor there is an awful, very loud buzz. I'm sure it is from the building air conditioner. We couldn't be move until the next day. You kind of have to think of it as a type of white noise. Internet worked decent on the 5th floor."
