"This hotel gets pretty much everything right: comfy large bed, large bathroom, an air conditioner that is both quiet and effective, friendly staff, especially housekeeping. Parking is relatively expensive, but there is an area behind the hotel where you can usually park free of charge. As well as a restaurant, there is a nice outdoor informal cafe that also serves food. Highly recommended."

"Breakfast menu is vey comprehensive, with hot items cooked to order. Lovely large comfortable dining area overlooking views to the outside.
Hotel has the front, cruise docking area, shops, many delightful bars and restaurants within a short walking distance.
Rooms are well sized and cleaned, and all staff are welcoming. Roof bar and pool a bonus, also serves a wide variety of drinks, cocktails and food to order."

"Great location, across from the main park and truly a 4 star hotel (we had some bad experiences in Gran Canaria with a so called
4star). We had a room in the 1st floor with exit to an interior patio with greenery and sitting sofas, lovely! Great staff too! Would stay here again! "
