“I stayed this excellent accommodation with my wife. It located in Carmen del Sol, which has long line of beach and nice restaurants a long it. Bed and facilities was very clean! Probably the most excellent thing is their staff. I left my international driver's license in the room and checked out. But they delivered it for me to the Airport! It was so thankful. I love this place!”

“Lovely clean hotel, staff friendly, food ok. apart from 1 receptionist. Had requested a quiet room direct email to hotel, was allocated a room on the road! Receptionist claimed they didnt receive email and couldn't help as hotel full?? Next day other Receptionist very helpful”

“Check in: very quick and easy. A free taxi was used to drive our bags to the block we were staying in which was very nice. We were able to pay for a safe at 2.50 a day+10 deposit. Pool: good size, clean. Only down side was the rules of no ball games or inflatables which I hadn't been aware of before booking. I liked the glass boundary all around, great for child safety. Snack bar: lovely pizza! Apartment: living room. No air con so when sleeping on the Murphy bed it was a bit warm (I used...

“All great but could do with air con.”

“It was really beautiful and well equipped accomodation including kitchenettes, a bath tub and a shower booth. Despite the bath tub was broken but the terrace and beds were clean so that we were pleased during the stay.”

“Nice and clean, nice atmosphere and great location. Showing signs of age but very comfortable. I would stay again.”

“Great quiet location but within walking distance of bars restaurants and the beach The apartment was immaculately clean with plenty of space and all the amenities needed for self catering. The staff were friendly and extremely helpful would highly recommend as a base for a stay in Lanzarote”

“The staff were amazing. Helpful and good communication ”

“Limpieza Amabilidad personal”

“I would like to start by saying the accommodation and staff when there were amazing- if it were not for the issues around payment and communication, I would have left a very good review. We opted to pay at property on arrival, paying the little bit extra for this option to have some flexibility. I received a notification from my bank a week before travel that the apartments had attempted to take £935 (agreed price was £873). I stampeded to call them but I got no answer at all after hours of...
