“Pleasant location, smart vibe, convenient to the Cathedral and other attractions. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Lovely breakfast buffet. Room more than sufficient with exception of tiny — 4 foot by 4 foot— bathroom. Standup shower, 2’ by 2’. Did not contain and drain the shower water, which leaked to cover the bathroom floor. Perhaps the other guests were luckier than I, with a larger bathroom and/or properly sealed shower door.”

“I have always given great reviews for travel stays if well deserved, but in this case I have to say…. In retrospect it was a very beautiful hotel but a disappointing experience because the staff did not address my concerns in a timely manner & questioned the facts about my complaint. I was getting bitten by bugs in the room we stayed in over the course of the three days of stay & they determined that they were not to be considered at fault. So I can not in good conscience give this hotel a...

Buen aire acondicionado”

“Place was good.”

“Best hotel!”

“The staffs in fromt were very slow and uncaring. Looked tired and a kind of upset. Moreover, house keeper just throw away all my toothbrush, toothpaste, personal shampoo and lotion in the bathroom. I had to buy them all. Thru my 40+ years of traveling in the world I never experienced like this. Hard to believe. ”

“Very satisfying stay!!!”
