"What a wonderful place this is.We had an apartment 206.Fully equipped with everything we needed.A beautiful view .Lovely views around the bar near the swimming pool.The staff here were excellent,nothing was too much trouble,The restaurant food is excellent and very resonably priced.SISSY IN THE RESTAURANT WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND,what a wonder lady she is. "The guest house was lovely, really friendly staff and good location. However, overall I was quite disappointed, I had expected a proper hotel and a much more luxurious experience given we paid over $500 per night. I wonder and hope this was a holiday price and other guests aren’t charged as much "

"In general the hotel is very run down. Things falling apart and dysfunctional, including pool area and umbrellas and gardens. The resort is in desperate need of serious maintenance. Also, no wi fi in rooms for a 4 star hotel is not really acceptable. Poor conditions somewhat compensated for by the first class and much appreciated service from Petrus and some of his staff -especially chef and Thabisa."
