"Disappointed in our stay this time. Sidewalk was not shoveled making it difficult to get luggage to and fro. Walls and lights haven’t been dusted or cleaned. Shower head was broken and didn’t flow right making a mess of the bathroom floor. "

"Most of the "hot" breakfast items were cold. The staff helping with breakfast were very friendly. The hallway on our floor smelled like Marijuana. Our room had multiple staples laying on the carpet. I noticed a sticky substance on the bottom of one of our lamps. "

"The room was not very clean. Didn’t look like anyone had vacuumed behind the beds and end table in a long time. Carpet was old and also was not vacuumed next to the walls or furniture. The room had an old sitting chair which didn’t fit in the room and was very worn out with what looked like paint or plaster on it. The bathroom floor also had paint on it. Shower curtain needs to be replaced. Furniture is old and outdated,definitely an older hotel which is fine but needs to be updated. The pool looked very nice, didn’t have time to use it. I was impressed with the breakfast, was very good. When I checked out I told the gal about my issues and she agreed to come back to the room. She agreed it was not acceptable, the staff was very polite. It was late at night and the price was right but I won’t be staying at Comfort Inns in the future. "

"Our two night stay was very good. Hotel was an older renovation but still in good shape. I wish they had free coffee in the lobby. Location was excellent. Parking was good. Bed Very Comfortable and the tv in the footboard worked well."
