The room was nice . The staff was very friendly and helpful. Access to restaurants, pool, and hot pots was within walking distance. The only we didn't like was instead of 2 beds there could have been a sofa sleeper. this provided sitting space. We did enjoy our trip.

Not very clean- crumbs in sheets, gunk on walls, etc. Stained carpet, holes in the walls and floors, broken chair, broken sink, leak in ceiling that dripped all night. Loud, clunking noise from the radiator. Ancient mattresses in the bunk bed. No lock on the downstairs door(safety issue). Curtains instead of bathroom doors that didn’t even cover the door opening. It could be a charming place, but needs a lot of work to be considered decent.

It's an older place but for the value it was exceptional. I loved the location...500 yards from eruption brewing and 1000 yards from the hot springs entrance so park it and forget it. I will definitely stay again if I'm in lava

It was conveniently located in the middle of the town. It wasn't as clean as you would expect from a place to stay. There was pieces of cat food on the ground, holes covered by carpet. It was strange to not have any doors in the whole apartment, besides one room. Very hot because there are only two window a/c units for a fairly large space.

Everything was perfect, except for finding the place. The address listed was for a park. We had to walk around and finally found a retail store with similar name and asked if they knew of this company. Turns out we finally found the right place to check in.

Everything You Need to be Comfortable

Checking in was amazing and easy. I asked for early check-in and they made it happen. The overall structure of the place is dated and hasn’t been well maintained, but everything else was great. The beds are incredibly comfy, there was easy accessibility to several hot pots and restaurants, able to use Roku with ease, and the towels were super fresh! Would stay here again.

All the hotels in Lava Hot Springs are old and little beat up and Adventures Vacation rentals is not exempt from that statement however the staff at Adventures Vacation Rentals was excellent and the location just off of Main street make this property a good value.

The location was great. The staff was nice.Clean sheets. The room was dirty: walls were stained covered in cob webs, filthy carpets, mouse infested cabinet in the kitchen, mouse poop in the bathroom, and it smelled bad.

Like that we had a window issue that was solve fast. Didnt like that the place need updates. Several places need repair. Only had bar stools no foot rest. This was an issue with me I have a knee issue need a foot rest. Needs at least on regular chair.

Lava Only Stay

This is the place where I come and stay when I am in Lava The gal who runs it, marly is an angel, and she takes care of me and goes the extra mile to make sure I’m happy. The rooms are simple and comfortable, and just what I need when I am wanting to be alone at a Hot Springs
