“Perfekte Unterkunft und perfekter Service. Beim Frühstück wären eigene Kaffeemaschinen ein Vorschlag, um die Wartezeit beim Servieren zu reduzieren. Der Swimming Pool könnte wärmer sein. Aber ein perfekter Aufenthalt in einem wunderbaren Ambiente.”

“Well it's an okay hotel.”

“Spacious ”

“A comfortable Hotel near the Lomnicky Peak cable car station. A nice breakfast with a lot of different foods to choose from. Free parking behind the building.”

“Great host and great room”

“This hotel has a great view of Tatry. Check-out time is a little bit early I guess. The swimming pool opens at 10:00. Therefore, you cannot use the pool in the morning of the check-out day. Breakfast is relatively good. But the dinner is so-so. There are not many selections. Staffs are so nice and helpful.”

“Best hotel ever!”

“The shuttle bus service to the ski hill was really helpful and we loved the buffet! Great stay for a ski trip!”

“Excellent location. Lovely room/suite. Friendly staff”

“Cute place right near the mountain!”

“Excellent stay,,Maria was fantastic!”

“Very convenient place after spending the day in the mountains. Was recommended to eat at this burger place and it was the best burger I had outside the United States.”

Communication with the hotel was also clumsy, and there was no information provided about breakfast or other practical matters. The bathroom drain was blocked, causing the bathroom to flood. Housekeeping was also lacking. At the very least, fresh towels and basic room cleaning during the stay would have been appreciated. It was...
