The room is nice and clean that's as far as it goes for me. Over heard the guys at valet discussing which guests are cheap and who are acting like they have it and don't because of not receiving a tip; this is not an all inclusive hotel tipping should be by discretion everything in the hotel is at a cost even to have the refrigerator empty is at a cost if you dont want them.to stock it. Room service came asked if we wanted our room cleaned i asked for them to come back in 30 minutes because we were heading out we came back around 1am the room wasn't clean..called guest services they said they would send someone to change the bed and bring new sheets waited for 45 minutes no one came called back then I was told they can't change the bedding in the room the only can drop off the sheets and we do it ourselves; there is a daily resort cleaning fee they is required at the time of stay and my room wasn't cleaned through out my entire stay. I would never stay at
another virgin property ever or recommend it.

"Property is very well put together, great vibe to it. Comparable to top hotels in big cities like Toronto with excellent amenities and top notch rooms. Dont get turn down service in many hotels and the chiclalte bar was nice surprise. All the rock pictures throughout were fun to look at. 5 min walk ..."
