"Had a good check in all went well. Room was perfect I was staying for 2 nights. I elected to not have room cleaned in between. Stays. I noted they left two bottles of silver reef bottled water complimentary with coffee and tea nice touch. Usually hotels leave bottled water if water is questionable to drink. I don’t know. I came back from a long day and asked at front desk for a couple more water for my second night as I drank the other two. He said we don’t give water and then the other guy said yes we do it’s complimentary. The first guy said well we don’t keep it here and I don’t know anything about it. It’s just water but more concerned with the attitude. Instead of finding someone or referring me to housekeeping. He dismissed me. A very small item but left me never wanting to stay here again he was a lazy person and did t appear to care about his job. Afternoon shift may 2. Hopefully he finds a better suited job. Good luck"

"Good overall value but lacking in amenities (does have a pool). Staff is helpful but scarce - it’s often hard to find the front desk even staffed as management has them doing multiple jobs. Most severe is maintenance - we have had heating, TV, and other issues and there is no onsite maintenance staff to fix anything. Breakfast is ok but minimal."

"Well I would have gave it 5 stars but on checking in after 11pm the bathroom sink was clogged, and I still dished out over $300 bones. I feel for a resort the rooms should be checked out for functionality on every time someone leaves. "
