"4 people coming through on July 27th on a motorcycle trip booked online. Got to the hotel no pool in operation. Something about a hinge. Come back a week later to the day and pool is still not operating."
"I liked the beds as they were super comfortable. The bathroom was newer and had a great shower. I also liked that there was restaurants within walking distance. "
"This luxury hotel has everything you would expect right down to the chocolate on your pillow. Secure parking is available and the view of the waterway was amazing. Beautiful room, spacious with kitchenette. Updated and very clean. I would definitely recommend. "
"There was no one to check us in - just a a note - that I couldn’t read because it was only in French - so inconsiderate. When I finally translated the note, it said that they couldn’t hire people to check us in. Of course, the instructions were in French & very unclear even after we translated them. (BTW - I have traveled to approx. 40 countries so foreign languages are not new to me, but this was an unnecessary problem that they created.).
Also, the ad said that they had a BBQ - I assumed that I would be able to cook on it. These days a BBQ means propane. This BBQ required wood or charcoal and matches - would we would have brought IF we were planning to camp in a forest. Then there was no coffee - just tea. Too many other problems to mention. "
