"Truly disappointed ! I booked this hotel for my mom’s birthday/ Mother’s Day and it sucked ! The room was dirty, furniture was in bad condition and the amenities were non existent. The breakfast was minimal and we were only given two towels for a room fit for 6 guests. I requested more towels as we wanted to shower after going to the pool and they had none I had to wait until the next day to get bath towels. Pool towels were also nowhere to be found. The front desk gentleman was as helpful as he could be but honestly I would rate this place a 2/10 definitely don’t recommend."

"My bathroom was a mess. The toilet was leaking water. Maintenance went and fixed it. The problem wasn’t fixed, it was still leaking water. I had to call the front desk two more times to send someone to fix it. Then the water wasn’t draining in the tub. Maintenance had to come again to fix it. It was not unclogged all the way. The bathroom floor and the entrance inside the room was dirty. The worst experience I had from staying at an hotel. The front desk staff were really nice and professional."

"The staff was super friendly. Food was fantastic. Extremely clean. The room was spacious with a nice balcony. We met very nice people at the pool. The resort guests were a mix of families and couples. It is not a high rise hotel, so there was plenty of sun. The prices were very affordable. I would highly recommend. We are planning on going back!"
