"Our trip around Sardinia was otherwise perfect until we encountered the blonde woman at the reception desk who spoke Russian. I must say, I have rarely felt so mistreated. Her behavior was unprofessional and immature, and she urgently needs training in customer service and proper communication. "Very nice property with multiple places to relax with cabanas, pools, swings, bar and access to the beach. The biggest issue is the lack of food options, especially for vegetarians. They have set menu for lunch and dinner with 2 non-vegetarian and 1 vegetarian options. Absolutely nothing worth eating in the vegetarian option either for lunch or dinner. Also, driving to few restaurants nearby is a pain because of lack of parking everywhere. Better bring food with you if staying in the property if staying for a day. If staying longer, it is a real issue. Limited parking in the property could be an issue when coming in high season."

It is well maintained, the breakfast was excellent, and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The only downsides were that the spa was not available during our visit, and both check-in and check-out were slower than expected. Overall, a very good experience."
