“checked out kind of late. The guy at the front desk, didn't even check names or confirmation number.. kept saying us bring him an official thing in English.. after making a call to Hotels.com service center and they called to the hotel and thing solved in a sec. However, room was pretty nice. we satified...

“Very small shower stall and only 1 towel per person.”

“Need to stay during the summer season. We went on a whim. Had a few extra days in Rome. It was off season nothing open at all. Hard to eat.. definitely need a car to get around. Property was what it advertised. We made a bad choice in the time to go.”

“I had to hear all the shouting and crying of other visitors... it was too noisy...”

“The hotel’s location was not appealing as it is far from the city center. While the room was clean and quiet, it was very small. There was no work desk or USB ports for charging.”
