The guy at the front desk, didn't even check names or confirmation number.. kept saying us bring him an official thing in English.. after making a call to Hotels.com service center and they called to the hotel and thing solved in a sec. Making a mistake is okay, maybe he didn't see the email but please be nice to the customer at least. We were very tired arriving at the hotel late, and stood at the front for 20 mins or so. Tiene lavadora, la cual utilizamos y nos fuimos con la ropa limpia y seca (con mucha imaginaciรณn para tender dentro de la habitaciรณn, pero lo hicimos), una gran nevera con congelador, microondas y pequeรฑa cocina... โEs un apartamento privado, muy tranquilo, encontrarรกs supermercado de frutas y vegetales a la vuelta, el tren queda cerca asรญ que pueden revisar su llegada con antelaciรณn y conecta super bien con el metro. La comunicaciรณn muy buena. Volverรญa sin duda.โ
