"The staff at Baglioni Regina was excellent! It was my bf’s birthday and they upgraded our room and even brought us champagne and cookies. We landed at 7am in Italy and even got to check in before noon. The hotel itself is very clean and next to a lot of restaurants!"

"Hotel is beautiful, it has amazing views of Rome from its roof top. Its close to the Spanish Steps, designer shops and restaurants.Great location, amazing food on premise, amazing hospitality and rooms were very clean and comfortable. Highly recommend, would absolutely stay again."

"Close and convenient to qhat we wanted to do. Staff is amazing. Just getting older room wise. The water changed tempatures in middle of shower the whole trip. Had to jump in and out of water "

"What a great place to stay in Rome. All the tourist sites are within walking distance. Lots of shopping and dinning options around the hotel. Friendly and However, No iron and ironing board in the room was a big inconvenience. They provided handheld Steam iron which was not ideal to press the clothes. No microwave in the room also."

"The staff was fantastic amd very nice and helpful. I loved the location and the size of the room. My only complaint is rhat the carpet of iur room was really old and had stains. Foe a five star hotel i was surprised that Westin with such a big name in the hotel industry would allow the carpet to be so dated. I hope they fix this ASAP or trhy will definitely lose customers. Otherwise the staff and also the breakfast was really nice. "

"They doesn’t have the real pictures of the room , I booked with two windows and they give me any other with no view at all , bad experience "
