"The pictures for this property are very misleading. The place is very outdated and there’s a horrible smell that comes from the shower. On day of checkin I was sent an email outside of the hotels.com site asking for a deposit even though my booking was paid up front. It was a little bit sketchy. Then trying to find the location was very confusing as there were several gates and doors each with their own access codes. Very difficult to navigate when you arrive after sunset. The breakfast was amazing, and when I had a small issue, they helped me every step of the way. To make my experience even more special, they surprised me with a lovely gift on my bed for my birthday. The room was spotless and very comfortable, and every detail exceeded my expectations. I truly enjoyed my time here and will definitely come back. Highly recommended!"

"The property was very nice; the beds were comfortable. They were able to meet our request and get us 2 rooms close to each other. Our only complaint was it was early September, and the temperature was still in the 25–30-degree range but the pool was closed for the season. "

" A Fantastic First Holiday to France & Disneyland – Explorer Hotel Was Perfect! We had an absolutely brilliant time staying at the Explorer Hotel for our first ever holiday to France and Disneyland Paris! From the moment we arrived, everything felt magical. The hotel is fun, family-friendly, and full of character — perfect for kids and adults alike. The pirate-themed play area was a huge hit with our little ones, and the rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable. Breakfast was great with plenty of choice, and the staff were always welcoming and helpful. The location is ideal — just a short shuttle ride to Disneyland, which made getting to and from the parks super easy. After a day of Disney magic, it was lovely to come back to a hotel that kept the fun going. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. The Explorer Hotel helped make our first trip to France truly unforgettable. Highly recommended for families looking for a fun, affordable, and memorable Disney experience!"
