Really friendly communication leading up to our arrival, and sorted out a room change before our arrival after a maintenance issue to ensure our stay was not disrupted. We were so grateful! "What an amazing experience. The entire staff was wonderful and we LOVED our stay at Majestic Palace Hotel. Staff was kind, accommodating, and helpful. We felt like true royalty staying here and it was an easy taxi into sorrento centre! Alberto was excellent, as well as the bar and front desk staff. I couldn’t recommend a place more!"
