"The location of the hotel is great. The airport bus stop right near the hotel, and the metro station is few steps from the hotel. It is right across the train station. Some restorans near by. And it seems to be safe to walk in the evning."

"This was the most gorgeous hotel and we had such a lovely stay here. The pool is truly spectacular, set right in the cliff. The beach club was so special... we didn't want to leave! The lounge chairs were very comfortable and you could order drinks and food to your chairs. They have a swimming area roped off and you can swim in the sea. The hotel was beautifully decorated in an art deco style. The staff were so kind and pleasant to work with. The buffet breakfast was so delicious and had beautiful views. I loved this hotel!"

"The property was amazing. The rooms where excellent and the views were fantastic. The garden was a nice touch. The pool area was great place to relax. The only thing I would adjust would be the breakfast. Change up the meal options. For the 5 days we stayed it was the same thing everyday. The roof top bar was the icing on the cake. Excellent job."

"Stay September 3 to 7th 2026. Room was very clean and of good standard. Air conditioning in the works well as room was very cool considering that temperature outside was tipping 37 degree when we were there. Staffs were very nice and helpful. Will definitely stay again if in Napoli and would recommend."

"The hotel is in a great location.Our room had a small balcony facing the bay of naples , and it was just stunning. The room and the property were very clean. The pool is on the rooftop , so the view from up there was amazing. They serve an amazing breakfast so many choices.It was very good. Overall very highly recommended!"

"The location of the hotel was great with fantastic views and a beach nearby, although this was always very busy. Our room was described as a Junior Suite but in effect was just a large room. It was clean and the bathroom was good and spacious. It was extremely noisy from early morning to late night with constant banging and moving of the furniture directly above. I would not recommend rooms in the 540s range for this reason. The shuttle service was very good and the staff friendly. The reception staff were mostly good although one a little curt. The food in the restaurant was good and lots of choice for breakfast. The service in the restaurant was good for the first two nights with one particular staff member very efficient yet also cheerful and very helpful. The night he was not there was terrible being slow, people asking when their food would come, and our bill was incorrect. Overall we very much enjoyed our stay at the hotel but, with the issues above , would try somewhere else should we return"

"Hotel was great. About a 20-25 min walk from the ferry/bus. You will definitely get your exercise on since it’s on an incline lol. The roof too was awesome and the staff was great and helpful. They even gave us breakfast which wasn’t included in our package. I would stay here again."
