“O atendimento é excelente, a localização também. Porém alguns tópicos deixam a desejar:
1- café fora da pousada na areia da praia ( é diferente, mas deveria ter opção interna.
2- barulho: o mesmo quiosque em frente que serve o café da manhã, tem música ao vivo a noite e incomoda
3- devido o café ser lá fora na areia da praia, com chuva não rola, e tem visitantes indesejados como pombas, formigas, marimbondos, mas os pombos nas mesas e nas comidas deu nojo
4- iluminação do quartos que fiquei...

“Everything was great about this Pousada. The food was amazing, and the staff were incredibly helpful and always greeting us with a smile. The room was clean and on the smaller side, but honestly, it had everything we needed. When you are visiting a town as beautiful as Paraty, you don't spend your time sitting in the room anyway! We loved our stay and would definitely recommend it.”

“There was really nothing wrong with the room itself. Very simple and small. The place is insanely noisy. We arrived at night and within two hours we were ready to leave. The music from the beach bars is insanely loud and is blaring until 2 am. Then the construction started at 6 am with hammering and power tooks at the adjacent building. Contacted the merchant the first night to try to cancel and no answer. He answered us the next day and refused to cancel. We left the next morning and...

“Great location, just outside the historic center of Paraty. The hotel itself has al the different pools, which also comes with all the different waterpumps and heaters...we were unlucky enough to have a room next to one of the machine rooms and this was truly affecting my nightsleep. The pools and jets are on 24/7! I'd suggest to put some times to it and switch things off to create a silent ambiance.
The rest is great...breakfast, service, location is all perfect. You really need to like the...
