Reservamos este hotel por este servicio y a los 10 mins de la reserva nos llaman de recepción diciendo que la jacuzzi no tenía agua caliente. Fuimos igualmente para aprovechar los servicios (SPA está a 5 mins andando en otro hotel). Al llegar descubrimos que todo el espacio tebía problemas de calefacción y no pudimos hacer nada.
