"This was our 5th visit, and were pleasantly surprised that the issues identified a couple of years ago had been rectified. The resort was very clean, the quality of food had improved substantially, and the overall experience was wonderful! We were especially excited to learn that we had been awarded "elite status", and were given an absolutely exceptional room with an ocean front view. The staff at this resort are, hands down, the BEST. There are quite a few tenured team members who not only provided exceptional service, but remembered us from previous visits, even though they come into contact with thousands of visitors each year. They truly make you feel as though you are part of their family!"
