Den eneste ulempe var den smalle vej igennem Portloe.โ
โA wonderful stay with my daughter- hosts were very helpful and pleasant and a wonderful self service breakfast was on offer with a great variety to choose from including a wonderful cake made daily by the lady of the house which we enjoyed sitting in the beautiful garden with a cup of tea. Bed was very comfortable and lovely pillows which is a rare find. Easy walk into town
All in all a delightful stay and would highly recommend. Iโve no doubt if I visit Truro in the future I would stay here...
โItโs a very good hotel in the centre of Truro. Ideal for sight seeing, shopping in a very good selection of shops. Large stores as well as boutique shops and a thriving market place. A good restaurant at the hotel as well as other dining establishments in the locality.โ
โWe had a lovely stay here for 4 nights. The room was spacious, clean and well presented. The room overlooked the garden and the views were stunning. The bed was really comfy too.
The food was wonderful and the staff were very friendly and chatty.
We found it very easy to travel around as it is near to the major roads.
We will definitely stay again.โ
โGreat stay in a room 11 which was more like a little separate home. Food quality was good and staff were nice. While overall cleanliness was decent, we had hairs in shower and over our toilet and my parent had some mess in their bathroom too. Really liked the branded โnewspapersโ with the property details and its history, as well as the separate lounge downstairs.โ

I would have given the hotel the full 5 stars on every single aspect but unfortunately, although the bathroom was clean, there were a lot of hair on the floor. The shower took a very long time to get to the right temperature and the water pressure was only a trickle. Hence low score. Sorry. My served breakfast was cold on day 1 but was nice and hot day 2.โ
โThis isn't a 5* hotel nor is it trying to be! A beautiful Inn, freshly renovated with a great vibe. The staff and food can be described as exceptional. I understand how the reviews are so good and I'm happy to add to them.โ
โGreat position. Our room overlooked the harbour so we had great views. The room was spacious and nicely furnished. Itโs close to the main streets as well so ideally situated. Breakfast was great really tasty and ample. We would stay again for sure.โ
