It was clean, clean sheets and towels. No weird smells, and staff was good. Only complaint was I could hear every single footstep from the floor above me and when they moved in bed. If you stay, bring earplugs.

There is an elevator, so mobility is a consideration, however no ADA rooms, and no shower stool. Room and amenities were good, however the mattress' were rock hard. Clean, friendly and almost right downtown. Parking was not an issue as the back lot was pretty empty, however the only accessible parking was limited and nowhere near the elevator.

The check-in staff, we’re very helpful. The room was moderately OK with the exception of the bathmat have been used as toilet paper and was freshly stained. When we let the front desk, staff know upon checkout, their response was you should’ve come down and let us know. But we were checking out. They were not helpful and they were not apologetic. The door deadbolt had been removed so we didn’t feel safe in the room.

Checked in on an exceptionally crappy weather day into a room that felt like a nice warm hug. Actual coffee pot (not single cup size!!!) with actual Folgers coffee. Bathroom was pleasantly spotlessly clean. Hot water was hot, cold water was cold. Bed was soft but had some firmness to it. Felt like home away from home.

The room was very spacious. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom could use some touch-ups with the caulking, but the shower/bathtub and toilet were clean. There is a door seperating them from the sink area which is convenient for privicy. There is a mini fridge and microwave in the room which is nice to have, although the fridge doesn't have a freezer. We didn't see very much of the staff during out stay, but they were pleasant and courteous while we were checking in. Overall this is a wonderful place to stay especially considering the price point.
