"Welcoming staff clean room beautiful views "

"We had an amazing time. Kids loved the water park. Nice location/distance to Niagara Falls. We had a blast. Was amazing weekend. Only note: kids bunk bed was against a wall that had an outlet with no closure plugs. We had a young child with us planning to sleep on the bottom bunk here. After speaking to front desk and realizing there were no covers/plugs available. We went out to find some in the area. Took 3 stores to locate. We had a fabulous time. Staff were great. Amenities were great "

"The satff and property were good. My issue is the hidden fees. 20 a day for parking, 40 a day for dog fee, property fee, on top of expedia already charging taxes, resort fees and no prewarning on extra parking fee and taxation. If i were expedia i would contact the property and work out a deal that doesnt show 62 a night then end up 120 a night or more once a person has arrived. Other sites dont have this issue and the property even suggested next time i use other site to alleviate most of this issue. People use this service to ensure charges in advance and hope for no surprises."

"Told there was parking and was charged $50 a night in the handicap parking. Was given vouchers for breakfast and the restaurant wouldn't take them because they were only for lunch and dinner. The view was awesome."

"Clean service and environment"

"It was absolutely disgusting.. we walked into our room with it being very clear that no cleaning had been done. There was hair on the shower walls, dirt on the floor, dirty bedding, somwthing goopy on the shower ledges, splatter marks from who knows what on almost every wall and even a pimple patch stuck to the wall. Piles of hair under the bathroom sink hidden behind the garbage can. Visible dried spills on the table tops, microwave was repulsive, jewelry from previous people.. the manager argued with me over all of it even with me showing proof with photos i had taken right after we walked in. He wouldn't do anything but give us another gross room or we could leave yet we live 2 hours away and it was near 10pm and we were with our two young children. The listing photos are not accurate and look like they were made with AI after seeing it in person. There was also a bed in the lobby with someone sleeping in it when we were trying to leave.. The manager would only argue with me, never an apology or anything at all to make up for any of this. "
