“Fantastic setting to explore Cornwall. Lovely food served in restaurant in evenings. Reviews of uncomfortable beds were not bourne out and was very comfortable. Only thing that lets it down is the breakfast in the B&B. For 2 days out of 3 continental breakfast in room not restocked, including milk so couldnt even have hot drink. Rather to have a reduced rate for bed only than promise something not delivered”

“Great welcome snd follow up by John. The place is worn, but notbdirty. Nice breakfast. Laundry room. Parking is a challenge. I'd stay again. ”

“We had a great 3 day stay at the Farmers Arms. The staff were very friendly and provided us with a fantastic breakfast everyday. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, there were tea and coffee making facilities which were replenished every day. St Merryn is a beautiful village with Harlyn and Constantine being some of the best beaches in the country in my opinion. We will definitely be heading back soon.”

“Lovely hotel, staff were super friendly and stay was all I needed. Great place for a walk on the beach and food was great. Lovely place for an evening meal and breakfast offering is great and tasty food ”

“The couple who run the hotel are very welcoming and friendly. The hotel is nicely decorated. My room was very clean and the bed was super comfy. The breakfast is all cooked to order and very tasty, especially the scrambled eggs which were the nicest I've eaten. I had some interaction with the other guests at breakfast and everyone seemed relaxed and happy.”

“Friendly pub owner and operators, as well as local crowd made the experience enjoyable. Room was clean and contained necessities. Nothing fancy, and could do with a little updating, but all was fine. I didn't order food, but the owner offered to make a sandwich, even though it was after serving hours. I think listing said there was parking on site. It's actually street parking, which isn't guaranteed. ”

“Roz and Keith are wonderful hosts. They even gave me change for the launderette! This location siuted me perfectly as I was using public transportation. For me the bed was pretty soft but that is definitely a personal preference. This is a great place to travel from or just use the many beaches.”

“Outstanding, 5 stars from us! The room was very accommodating, spotless, and well decorated with fresh coffee / Cafetier and tea selections. Rob and Natalia are the greatest of hosts! On the run upto arrival was asked what we would like with our breakfast to which I mentioned my fiancé and I keep it simple due to dietary requirements (gluten) but Rob catered to them with gluten free bread and sausages. The property has been tastefully decorated and a stones throw away to many key tourist hot...
