“I had to have the comforters changed when I arrived because they were stained. The lights in the bathroom were hanging down, the elevator door got stuck partially open so you could not enter, only one ice machine was working down stairs, they did not have breakfast items such as waffle mix etc. even at opening of breakfast at 6 am. We left a day early. I do not mind older hotels but this one was maintained poorly and unsafe.”

“Your website stated microwave available upon request. Front desk said hotel only provides microwave in suites and lobby. Remove that option from website which is misleading”

“Overall, the room was clean other than the toilet seat was coming off the toilet. The hot tub and pool area was closed due to renovations. They overcharged my card for the room by $50 and the air-conditioning in our room did not work the first night.”
