“Lovely place for a visit to harbour as it's within walking distance. Staff were immensely helpful and friendly especially upon checking in (I struggled to understand where to park) and for advice during my stay. Room and bathroom were a little dated but comfy enough for a couple of nights. Breakfast food was good it's a shame about the hot drinks. Tea and coffee were quite literally in hot canisters and tasted absolutely awful. Maybe the machine had broken and that's why they were being used?...

“Room was clean, spacious and nicely furnished, modern but in keeping with the age and style of the building. Breakfast was fantastic, with a really nice menu to choose from. All the staff we met were super friendly and helpful. Great location for visiting Soutsea and surrounding area. Would definitely recommend paying the extra for a parking bay at the front of the hotel as street parking could be tricky. We stayed to visit family in Southsea and will definitely use this hotel again!”
