The room was very clean. The hotel was close to the beach almost on the beach. Walking distance to the pier and downtown area. The owner and staff were very friendly. lots of sitting and dining areas. I would go back anytime.

Pool was small but clean and comfortable. Room was also very clean and set up well. Location is very close to the beach and a short walk to downtown. Very heavy-footed person in the room above us and we were happy when they went to bed.

Very nice motel right on the beach. We had everything in our room, a kitchenette, fridge, two nice beds with a separator. Nicely designed room. We will definitely use this place again.

Looks like newly renovated. Spotlessly clean, ocean view! I've stayed at many hotels in OOB over the years and this is the best value I've found.. Echo is now my go-to place to stay from now on!

The owner was helpful and friendly, and the room, and property in general, was very clean and well-appointed, particularly for this price point. There's even designated parking! Access to the beach couldn't be easier, and the pier is a comfortable walk away. This place is a gem, and we look forward to returning. This is now our "go-to" when staying in the area.

I originally booked a smaller room with ocean front access. Upon arrival, due to a recent surgery, the room was too small for my needs. I called Whitney the next morning and explained my issue. She was able to move us to larger room without any issue. Kenzie had the room ready for our move and assisted us with our luggage. I cannot say enough about the kindness and support they showed. This is a quaint motel among many in Old Orchard Beach but the won our vote with their hospitality.

The room was perfect for two. If you’re a bigger person like my boyfriend and I, you might find the bathroom and shower a little small. Having our car right next to the unit was very helpful. Staff was super kind and helpful the entire time. Whitney and Nori were a hoot to chat with and get to know! I have stayed at the Echo rental beach houses with family and friends, at the motel with just my mom and my sister, and now as an adult with just me and my boyfriend. This little space they have curated for vacationers is just perfect.

Whitney in the front office was awesome! We got in a little bit early and she made sure our room was ready for us. She and the staff were always very friendly. She even remembered that my daughter was graduating and congratulated her when she saw her. She’s so sweet. I just think Whitney made the whole experience even better! The kitchen in the unit was just what we needed. Plenty of space with a table, two chairs and a full-size fridge. Our teenage son came with us so having the 1/2 wall divider in between the two queen beds gave him some privacy. We had a few cold days with rain and a few hot days with humidity. The heat and air worked perfectly. This is the quiet side of Grand Avenue and the beach was just steps away. Would definitely stay here again. The rooms definitely have a beachy vibe.
