This is a very comfortable motel. It had everything I needed as it was close to OHSU where my husband had surgery. There were food trucks across the street, very convenient. The staff is very pleasant and I felt safe there.

Room clean and staff very nice. Food trucks across the street made it so we didn’t have to go out for dinner. Bed was very comfortable. Location was perfect for us because was very close to the VA medical center. Will choose this place again for next visit to the VA .

Much better than you would expect for a walkup-style hotel in downtown Portland. It was clean enough, it was quiet, and it felt safe. The location is fantastic, with an abundance of transit and conveniences within walking distance, including a row of food trucks where I ate a couple times. Any gripes about the room are minor: one towel was questionably stained (all the others were fine) and they use flat sheets on the bed which don't stay in place nicely like fitted sheets. But at this price point, for such a fantastic location, those are things I can live with!
