Pillows were stained, and smelly, sheets had hair and room service was non existent, breakfast was always the same items, loud air conditioning. Also everyone hears everything outside the rooms due to poor insulation on walls. Overall a poor experience.

O quarto era bom, estava organizado e limpo como deve ser, fiquei no 11 andar e tinha uma vista legal da cidade. Os funcionários sérios, mas em sua grande maioria cordiais e atenciosos, mas 4 coisas me chamaram atenção: um funcionário não tão cordial da noite, que se negou a nos dar um utensílio para comermos, nao ter rampa de acesso ao hotel apenas escadas, a agua e ar não esquentar no frio que estava fazendo e o café da manhã restrito em opções. No mais, se você precisa de uma estadia com custo benefício ok, dentro do centro, facil acesso, indico.
