"Chegamos ao hotel por volta das 3h da manhã, bastante cansados após uma viagem longa. Para nossa surpresa, não havia toalhas de banho e rosto no banheiro. Solicitei na recepção e, sinceramente, senti que houve demora e falta de agilidade da equipe para resolver algo básico.
Outro ponto que chamou atenção foi o cheiro forte de banheiro no corredor, tanto de madrugada quanto pela manhã.
