Eu já conhecia a pousada quando era de um alemão , agora está um descuido total, não tem liderança os funcionários fazem do jeito deles, petiscos na praia chegava gelado, as caíras praia nos qie tínhamos que arrumar ninguém aparecia antes das 10:00 hrs, quarto ruim cama velha , wc precisando de reparos , vaso sanitário solto, café da manhã todos dias igual sem ninguém liderando os funcionários e não tina pra quem reclamar, tem que melhorar muito pra ser o que era antes

Pessoal bem receptivo, boa localização. Café da manhã razoável, ficamos 6 dias, tomamos banho na água gelada, pois o bloco que ficamos estava com o chuveiros queimados e ninguém nos avisou ( achávamos que era normal não esquentar). Academia péssima, aparelhos muito velhos.

O hotel é muito bem localizado, tem o conforto de estar a beira mar, numa praia tranquila e ótima para crianças, porém algumas deixaram a desejar, a piscina não é aquecida, no quarto não tinha nem sabonete, shampoo e condiciionador então nem se fala, a TV não estava funcionando e os técnicos foram arrumar bem na hora que entramos, outra coisa que me decepcionou foi que quando voltamos da praia para tomar banho acabou a água no hotel inteiro por conta de um problema na bomba e tivemos que ficar umas 3hs aguardando voltar para enfim tomar banho, emfim, pelo custo benefício poderia ser melhor...

Casamento em Arraial

A pousada é ótima, muito bonita. Localizada à beira-mar, próxima à saída da balsa. Quartos confortáveis, fiquei no segundo piso. Possui bar, restaurante, café-da-manhã justo com tapioca doce e salgada, bolos, sucos, frutas, iogurtes, café, queijo, presunto, ovos... Comida típica baiana muito boa no cardápio, recomendo a casquinha de siri. O chuveiro precisou de ajuste no início, rapidamente solucionado. Equipe muito prestativa. Vans na cidade disponíveis para translado ate o centrinho com ponto em frente a pousada. Região mais tranquila pra se ficar. Recomendo!

Viagem tranquila em família

Foi uma estadia muito boa, a acomodação é muito boa, o hotel está muito bem localizado com fácil acesso ao centro. Excelente café da manhã e o melhor pé na areia com a piscina de frente…. A única coisa que precisa melhorar é o cardápio do restaurante/bar que além de ser mais caro que a média de arraial, não tem muita qualidade e com pouca variedade. No mais, vale muito a pena ficar no Beijamar!!! Voltaria com certeza.

Atendimento

Infelizmente o atendimento de bar e restaurante demorava muito, 2h pra chegar uma refeição, poucos atendentes. Pedi um check out mais tarde e me foi informado que teria disponibilidade(isso era 9:30 da manhã). Para minha surpresa as 13:30 da tarde me foi solicitado sair do quarto pq tinha entrado uma reserva. Achei um pouco de descaso por não terem me informado antes, tive que sair às pressas. O Hotel tem potencial mas precisa melhorar, não sei se voltaria.

Hospedagem confortável em meio a natureza

O Hotel é muito interessante. A estrutura física, paisagismo, arquitetura belíssima. Funcionários espetaculares, educados, gentis, solícitos. Existem alguns problemas sérios, mas de solução instantânea: produtos de higiene que constam na descrição do quarto standard no site do hotel, não existem. Segundo hotel, só para quartos superiores (!!!???). Reclamei e imediatamente foi solucionado. Secador de cabelos. Só em quarto de luxo. Reclamei e fui obrigada a comprar um. Poderiam ter avulsos para uso na portaria, como hotéis simples e baratos têm, o que não seria o caso deste hotel: simples e barato. Pelo menos deveriam avisar e retirar da descrição dos quartos do hotel. Se gostei e voltaria? Sim. Porque acredito que estes detalhes importantes e imediatamente solucináveis serão resolvidos pelo hotel. Aliás os produtos dd higiene acabaram sendo excelentes. O serviço de restaurante é muito bom. Tudo saboroso e qualidade. O hotel esta em reformas, mas não atrapalha nada a estadia. Soube porque foi solicitado desculpas por inconvenientes que afinal não aconteceram.
