"They absolutely loved staying here! Me and my one year-old son as we wanted to Parkhop thank you and get a break in the midday. Although the hotel is a little farther than I expected, it had wonderful amenities and was very well themed! Staff was super helpful and there was a general store on location with fresh food and anything you could need! The biggest bonus was a Japanese/sushi restaurant also right in the hotel where I got a delicious sushi roll for dinner before we headed back to the park for the parade at night! I definitely will be staying there again! I also have to mention we had a double queen room, which was spacious and great for my kid to run around and play in! There is also an arcade which he enjoyed looking at!"

"Absolutely perfect in every way! Short walk to the parks, clean, convenient, comfortable. Staff are helpful and knowledgeable about the area. My four year old said he’d rather play at the pool and splash pad than go to Disneyland."

"The stay was fine and the room was fine. My major complaints would be that they couldn't find my reservation when I got there and it took them 30 minutes of searching and then eventually going into the hotel.com site to find it. I don't know why it was such a struggle and it stressed me out that we weren't going to have a place to stay. Then one of the evenings when we got back from Disney, our door was not latched closed. The maid had left it open when she changed out the towels, so that was stressful, but luckily we had our any valuables in the safe so nothing was stolen. Also, they do not make beds up during the stay. They only charge towels and take it garbage."

"Booked a couple months in advance. Two days before we get a notification that the pool we’ll be closed for maintenance for 4 out 8 days were there. One of the main reasons we booked here. Then “Complementary” breakfast is served 6:30/10am but many time they’ll close early one time they even closed at 9:10am due to maintenance issues “One” drain in the floor(coffee) machine location. So they immediately started pulling out all the already cooked food so the people already in there could even eat. Many times the main breakfast items (eggs) ran out early 8:45ish am. and wasn’t replenished. When we brought up the pool issue they waived our resort fees. Although rooms were cleaned daily the quality was pretty poor one occasion they made the bed with scrunched up blankets still in the bed. And would NEVER replenish the wash rags any of the days but the last. I had to get them myself from the cleaners in the hallway. Over all I would recommend this place for the price they charged."
